I have spent 27 years
with boots on the ground.
Not observing it.
Not advising from the outside.
Leading from the inside. CDO, CTO, CTPO, Chief Transformation Officer, Managing Director.
A 27-year career rooted in 10 years of foundations. Business Intelligence Analyst at Danone US in New York (1999-2001). Senior Manager at Altéir Consulting (2002-2007), deployed on digital transformation mandates at Orange (2002-2006) then BPCE (2007). 2008 marks the first entrepreneurial commitment: cofounder of a start-up studio focused on audio-video marketplaces. The company does not succeed. This operator experience opens the door to Otium Capital in 2009 as Operating Partner.
Then follow the operator decade. Chief Product & Technology Officer at Weekendesk (Otium Capital portfolio, 2010-2012), where GMV tripled from 15M€ to 45M€ through a full platform overhaul. Another entrepreneurial experience in 2013 with tons of learning, before joining John Paul as Global CDO and COMEX member (2014-2018), scaling the company from 100 to 1,000 FTEs and from 10M€ to 50M€ in revenue, through to its acquisition by Accor for 150M$.
Five years large-scale transformation including some AI projects at Comex level. Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (2019-2020), advising multibillion-dollar CPG and financial services clients on digital transformation, customer experience, and HR operating models. Group CDO at Effy (2021-2022), where workflows, automations and AI became a core lever for the energy marketplace. Then Managing Director and Chief Transformation Officer at Altavia (2022-2024), designing an 80m€ transformation plan including an AI governance framework across 40+ countries and 70+ BUs.
More recently, Head of Strategic Initiatives at Deliveroo France in an acquisition context (DoorDash, 2025). Now operating through Ikigai: Operating Partner for PE funds, Interim CDO/CTO/CTPO for PE-backed mid-caps, and Senior Advisor for CEOs navigating AI and digital transformation.
The thread across all of this: translating operating models leveraging platforms, AI, automation and data into measurable operational value. Five Comex mandates delivered. One AI governance framework rolled out across 40+ countries.

Five questions
before a first conversation.
How are fees structured?
Fees are tailored to each mandate. Interim runs on a monthly retainer aligned with the seniority of the role. Fractional on a day-rate or monthly retainer basis. Advisory per deliverable or per engagement. All Operating Partner mandates with PE funds include a variable component aligned with the value creation plan: management fee plus performance, equity, or co-investment. Eligible models are discussed at the first conversation, based on fund structure and deal horizon.
Who do you typically work with?
C-suite leaders: CEOs, CDOs, CTOs, accountable for transformation outcomes. PE-backed companies navigating value creation mandates. Operating Partners at private equity funds who need a specialist to deploy into a portfolio company. And occasionally founders scaling who need senior digital leadership without a full-time hire.
How do I know if this is right for my situation?
If you are trying to make AI, Data, Product or Technology work for your business and the results are not matching the investment, it is worth a conversation. Thirty minutes, no agenda, no pitch. We will both know quickly whether there is a fit, and if so, what the next step looks like.
What is your typical engagement length?
Diagnostic: 2 to 4 weeks. Lead postures (Interim, Fractional, Operating Partner): typically 6 to 24 months, depending on the value creation plan and the holding cycle. Advisory: structured per deliverable or as a recurring monthly cadence. Board roles: standard mandate length, selectively. The format is always shaped by the problem, not the calendar.
Do you take board roles?
Yes, on a selective basis. Independent board director or board advisor for PE-backed mid-caps in services and marketplaces, in Europe. The criterion is fit: the board mandate must give space to add real strategic value on digital, AI and operating model questions, not just observe.
