CONTEXT.
How do you rebuild a platform from the ground up, without stopping the business, while simultaneously preparing for rapid European expansion?
CHALLENGE.
Overhauled the ecommerce platform end-to-end. Built a reservation API hub to integrate with rate managers across Europe. Developed an automated content management system handling multilingual translation across five languages. Shifted to a full API frontend and launched native iOS and Android apps. Brought development resources in-house to accelerate delivery and reduce costs.
APPROACH.
Revenue scaled from 15 to 45 M€. Team grew from 30 to 100 across four new European offices. Four new markets launched in under 3 months each Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy. Time to market improved by 50%. Development costs reduced by 25%.
